What is this project about?
The Moose Creek Ball Diamond Revitalization project will upgrade the community’s ball diamond to create a safer, more accessible, and vibrant space for sports and community events. This project will include the installation of new dugouts, benches, and energy-efficient LED lighting, as well as upgraded spectator bleachers.
The improvements will allow extended use of the facility for evening games, promote physical activity, and foster community connection
Why is this project important to the community?
This project is essential to Moose Creek because the ball diamond is the heart of our community’s recreational activities. It serves as a gathering place for families, youth sports leagues, and community events. The current facilities are outdated, and without significant upgrades, the safety and usability of the ball diamond are at risk. Revitalizing this space will provide safe, modern infrastructure for our community, encourage physical activity, and strengthen social bonds.
